Katherine joined the team in June 2025 as an Operations Assistant in the Central Pennsylvania office. With over two decades of experience in customer service, she has learned the value of truly listening, anticipating needs, and providing dependable support. She takes pride in ensuring every client feels welcomed and cared for, striving to create a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Katherine earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Slippery Rock University, where she discovered her passion for connecting with people and building strong relationships—skills she brings to her work every day. She is also a licensed notary, offering clients additional flexibility and convenience.
